Findart is a virtual marketplace whose purpose is to give the desire to collect.

Findart allows users to discover products put online by sellers and to buy them on the site through a secure payment system.

By using Findart you are required to give the site or sellers personal data. (Personal data: any information allowing to identify, directly or indirectly, a natural person).

The holding of this data being necessary for the proper functioning of the site and the good execution of the order, you trust us by giving us this data. This implies in return, for us and for sellers, a great responsibility of which we are aware.

This is why we commit ourselves to:

• to protect your personal data.
• not to sell or transmit them to third parties for commercial purposes.
• to ask sellers, through a written commitment when accepting the site's GTS and GTU, to do the same.
• to allow you to have a right of access and rectification.

Within the framework of Findart we therefore carry out certain processing of personal data, which we will detail in what follows.

Cookies.

A cookie is a small file that is sent to the browser and recorded on your device when you visit a website.

Cookies allow the site to function efficiently and improve its performance. They can also provide information to the site owner for statistical or advertising purposes, mainly to personalize your browsing experience, by remembering your preferences (to recognize you during your next visit, etc.).

Personal data.

During your buyer or seller registration, we ask you for a certain number of personal data. Your name, first name, address, email, phone.

This data is intended to identify users and allow good execution of orders if you are a buyer and to guarantee buyers of the professional situation of sellers.

For buyers, this data will be kept by the site throughout the time of buyer registration who can ask the site through the contact form to terminate this registration.

For sellers, this data will be kept beyond the registration period and within a period defined by law.

For buyers, the site or sellers will never ask for bank details. These requests are made in a secure banking space (the site and sellers will never know this information).

The site will ask buyers for their consent through registration for a newsletter for personalized email sends with content related to the site. (like lists of products put up for sale on the site...). The buyer can express at any time their desire to see these sends interrupted.

Use of buyer personal data by the seller.

The seller must attach great importance to the protection of personal data and assures the buyer visiting their shop or their products, that their privacy will be protected. For this, they commit through agreement to the site's GTU and GTS.

An order placed between a buyer and a seller on the site gives rise to the collection and processing of the buyer's personal data, in compliance with the regulations on personal data.

This personal data corresponds to:

• information relating to possible exchanges, such as a request for information on a product, between the seller and the buyer.
• information provided by the buyer at the time of order execution (Names, first names, postal address, email address, delivery details, billing details, phone details, etc...)

Under no circumstances will the buyer communicate their bank details to a seller.

The collection of this personal data by the seller has the purpose of allowing to respond to the buyer's information request or to manage and follow up orders.

The seller commits not to make any other use of it, particularly for subsequent solicitations, that is to say to make commercial proposals to the buyer, to send documents such as catalogs..., except at the express request of the buyer, in which case the site does not oppose it.

However, the seller through the issued invoice will keep for their accounting buyer personal data necessary for the establishment of this invoice and this within a legal period defined by the tax code.

Personal data and third parties.

Regarding sellers, Findart may, as specified in the GTU, be required to use personal data such as their name, trade name, address..., as well as editorial content for promotional purposes of the site and this on social networks, in emails sent to prospects or users and on any other medium.

In doing so we think we are acting in the common interest of the site and sellers.

Acceptance modality.

As specified in the brief information note presented on the banner, you can give your consent to the use of cookies in a simplified form by closing the banner or by clicking on any element of the page contents of the site.

Buyer rights.

In accordance with the regulations on personal data, the buyer may:

• oppose, delete, limit, withdraw their consent to all or part of the processing of their personal data carried out during order placement for legitimate reasons.
• access all their processed personal data.
• rectify, update their processed personal data.
• obtain this privacy policy.

The buyer can also file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL).

Personal data cannot be disclosed to a third party without the prior consent of the buyer, except in case of disclosure to persons qualified as subcontractors within the meaning of the Regulations on personal data (Site publisher, carrier in charge of order delivery, etc...)

The seller specifies that they do not sell, nor commercialize the personal data of the buyer to third parties.

Right of access and rectification.

The nominative information concerning you may be subject to automated processing. You benefit from a right of access to this information and, where applicable, the right of rectification, as well as a right of opposition to their conservation.
